- Perform meticulous time studies and gather crucial operational data directly from customer manufacturing floors.
- Analyze value streams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and prime opportunities for AI-driven automation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with automation technologies or working in robotics/startup environments.
- Ability to travel extensively (~70%) and thrive in dynamic environments.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing analytics, or process optimization.
- Must have work authorization in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Splunk, or other BI tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with time study methodologies (e.g., MODAPTS) and value stream mapping.
