GIS Intern

Description

• Assist with internal efforts to update and maintain IG solutions
• Identify ways to lead with technology by researching new software or solutions to advance our services
• Support the preparation of reports, plans and specifications for client
• Assist with ongoing client facing IG projects such as configurations, point checking, commissioning, telecommunication troubleshooting
• Perform data entry, data management, data evaluation, and data presentation

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Self-motivated, detail orientated person
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or minor/certificate in ArcGIS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, critical thinking, takes initiative, resourcefulness, adaptability
