The Permit Technician works closely with customers and municipal agencies to secure building permits and meet zoning requirements for Tuff Shed structures. This office-based position also involves occasional on-site meetings, permit pick-ups, and coordination of inspections.
Tuff Shed is seeking a full-time Permit Technician who is energetic, passionate, and eager to make an impact in a customer-facing, problem-solving role.
Successful candidates will have strong customer-service experience, the ability to manage multiple projects, and preferably background in construction or building-department environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and solid problem-solving, communication, and arithmetic skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license.
