Execution & Delivery: Drive the entire project lifecycle for AI solutions, from initial scoping and planning through development, testing, and deployment, operating within our Agile framework.
Technical Translation: Partner with Product Managers and the Business Units to translate product roadmaps and business requirements into detailed technical specifications, project plans, and clear deliverables for the engineering teams.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve our execution and delivery processes, helping the team become more efficient and predictable in its ability to ship high-quality AI solutions.
Resource & Dependency Management: Work directly with engineering leads to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-team dependencies. You will be the central point of contact for understanding who is working on what and when it will be done.
Risk & Blocker Removal: Proactively identify execution risks, technical challenges, and dependencies. You will be responsible for triaging issues and driving them to resolution, ensuring nothing stands in the way of the engineering team's progress.
Stakeholder Communication: Own communication on program status and delivery timelines. You will provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders, including Product Managers, leadership, and BU partners, ensuring there are no surprises.

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5-10 years' relevant experience.
Familiarity with the unique requirements of AI and machine learning projects (e.g., data dependencies, model evaluation, POC-to-MVP lifecycle).
Proficiency with project management tools.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
5+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale software projects.
Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred.
