This role involves marketing, leasing, and resident relations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all tenants. Pay range is $15.00 – $17.00 per hour.
Candidates should have prior leasing or sales experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be results‑oriented, self‑motivated, organized, and customer‑service driven. A flexible schedule, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are required.
The role involves physical activity such as walking properties, conducting tours, standing, and light lifting up to 25 lb, as well as extended use of computers, phones, and office equipment.
