Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, possess professional licensure, and have at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 7 years of proposal, budgeting, and financial management expertise. Effective leadership, strong communication, strategic thinking, delegation, collaboration, and accountability are essential, as is proficiency in English.
Compensation ranges from $142,500 to $235,200 depending on qualifications.
