Oversee and approve monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs, ensuring all payrolls are processed accurately and on schedule.
Oversee the transition of Asian countries to the global payroll managed service provider, ensuring effective delivery, SLA adherence, and strong ongoing relationships.
Lead the onshore Melbourne-based payroll compliance team and provide oversight to payroll operations conducted by our Aurecon Payroll team in Manila.
Drive strategic and change management initiatives to continually improve and enhance payroll processes.
Own monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure the incumbent Australia & New Zealand payroll managed service provider meets all SLAs and contractual/compliance obligations.
Champion the implementation and roll-out of future global managed payroll services, serving as the ultimate owner of these services.

Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage and adapt to change.
Familiarity with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll is highly regarded.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including the coaching and mentorship of both onshore and offshore teams.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive experience as a Payroll Manager, ideally within large, complex organisations operating across multiple geographies.
