Upcoming Paid Training Class – Starts January 26, 2026
This comprehensive training program will last approximately 5–6 weeks, depending on weather conditions. Training includes both classroom instruction and hands-on field experience, preparing you for success in the field and future growth opportunities within R3 Roofing & Exteriors. This is a paid training program, and participation is required for all new hires.
Your main focus will be to offer complimentary property inspections—you won’t be performing the inspection yourself. Once a homeowner agrees to an inspection, you’ll hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (the Closer), who completes the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement.
