Develop and implement strategic plans for client engagement, including market research, proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations

Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management and business development within the MEP industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven ability to drive business growth, profitability, and client satisfaction through strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client needs
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence teams and employees at all levels of the organization
Professional Engineer License in New Mexico, or NCEES record with ability to receive licensure in other states
Deep knowledge of MEP systems and an understanding of the technical challenges associated with engineering
