In collaboration with a Director of Accounting Transformation, develop comprehensive IT strategy and technical architecture for AP automation solution aligned with enterprise IT roadmap; establish technical governance standards and evaluate AP platform vendors based on technical fit, scalability, security, and Infor integration capabilities
Develop comprehensive IT testing strategy including integration, system, performance, security, and UAT testing; build and lead cross-functional IT team; develop technical documentation and establish post-implementation support model with continuous performance monitoring and optimization
Lead the design and implementation of integrations between AP automation platform and Infor Cloud Suite Distribution ERP, including vendor master data, purchase order, invoice, payment processing, and financial reporting data flows; evaluate and select integration tools/middleware and develop detailed integration specifications
Develop comprehensive IT project plan, resource allocation, timeline, and budget; manage IT workstreams and coordinate with Accounting Transformation Director on joint program dependencies while managing vendor relationships and tracking technical milestones
