The position emphasizes strategic thinking, decision‑making and effective communication to translate stakeholder needs into actionable product enhancements. The owner will also guide release planning and ensure that integrations with dealer systems and the broader Caterpillar ecosystem meet quality standards.
- Gather stakeholder input and shape product requirements.
- Write business features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and UX/UI team to ensure designs meet customer needs.
- Partner with Cat Digital teams to implement product and data integrations.
- Decide release dates and content for the Cat Interact platform.
- Apply decision‑making and critical‑thinking tools to analyze situations.
- Design, execute, and evaluate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct requirements analysis to capture functional and non‑functional needs.

Candidates should hold a four‑year degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, marketing, communications or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Ideal applicants have a background in digital product management, Agile project tools such as Azure DevOps, Aha! or JIRA, strong API and data‑modeling knowledge, and proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Communicate ideas clearly to engineering, business partners, and leadership.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Possess experience in digital product management and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication tailored to varied audiences.
