The associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, handling material check‑in, labeling, inventory management, and supporting technicians with parts. Additional duties include routine facility inspections, basic repairs, and coordination with external vendors for specialized services.
- Keep warehouse area clean, safe, organized, and secure.
- Check in materials against purchase orders and record any quantity discrepancies.
- Label and store parts in proper locations for distribution.
- Pull parts for technicians based on daily usage reports and warehouse requests.
- Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Run errands to pick up items from vendor “Will Call.”
- Organize and recycle scrap condensers, coils, and returned water heaters.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform basic repairs such as rack assembly, lighting replacement, minor plumbing, or drywall touch‑ups.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized HVAC or electrical repairs.
- Ensure warehouse and building compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with a drug‑free workplace.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a reliable attendance record, and 2‑3 years of warehouse or industrial maintenance experience (or the ability to be trained). They should be able to operate forklifts or pallet jacks, lift up to 50 lb, possess basic computer skills, and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and safety awareness.
- Use Excel and inventory/ERP systems for tracking (basic computer skills required).
- Operate forklift or pallet jack (training provided if needed).
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Have 2–3 years of warehouse operations or industrial maintenance experience (or be trainable).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
- Possess basic computer skills and experience with inventory/ERP systems (Service Titan preferred).
- Certified forklift/pallet jack operation preferred (training possible).
- Exhibit strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and adaptability skills.
