Team Management: Ability to form and manage a worldwide team with a data analytics background.
Progressive experience in engineering roles including experience in machine analytics development.
Skillfully interpret and convey customer, management, and team input, both verbal and non-verbal, to inform project decisions.
Degree Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer/Computer Science, Robotics, or Ag Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience leading project engineering teams.
Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information and solutions with internal stakeholders.
Significant application knowledge of Paving Product’s Machines.
Technical Excellence: Strong working knowledge of Paving equipment design and Paving applications. Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze requirements to understand Paving machine team needs.
Experience developing Paving equipment including hydraulic, electrical and structural systems.
Project Management: Proven ability to perform complex assignments, directly related to either NPI or CPI and able prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Able to collaborate with international teams in various time zones.
Experience with Python and C++.
