Candidates must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and Foothold AWARDS, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and effective oral and written communication. A bachelor’s degree in a human‑service discipline and at least two years of relevant case management or counseling experience is required; an associate degree with five or more years of experience may also be considered.
