Requirements

Detail-oriented to accurately input data into SAP ERP system and review orders to determine acceptability in meeting company and commercial standards
Basic knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including proposal, negotiation, and execution, in accordance with company policies and procedures
Multitasking skills to coordinate quotations, deadlines, and customer requests to order fulfillment
Knowledge of the SAP application tool
Ability to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines while managing multiple contracts and documentation requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience in lieu of degree
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, and customers as required
Proactive task initiation and strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities efficiently in fast-paced work environments
Ability to manage a project from beginning to end
Ability to handle customer inquiries/orders and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency to build positive customer relationships
