Perform snow removal around shop entrances during storms (may require early arrival or late stay)
Perform maintenance and repairs on small engine equipment (weed eaters, snow blowers, etc.)
Handle initial job mobilization deliveries (chairs, tables, first aid kits, electronics, etc.)
Help set up and take down company events.
Keep shop, warehouse, and staging area clean and organized.
Use billing software for logging and invoicing (training and computer provided)
Deliver and pick up materials between suppliers, job sites, and the shop.
Source and deliver requested materials and equipment for Supers and PMs
Maintain and inspect the rack-body truck, complete daily vehicle checklists, and the DOT logbook for long trips.
Assemble furniture (keyboard trays, shelving, etc.); assist with internal office moves.
Maintain tool and equipment inventory by job site and by Super.
Track mileage and time per job for weekly billing.
Submit monthly equipment rental invoices.
Maintain and repair tools and small equipment (vacuums, heaters, ladders, etc.); coordinate external repairs with estimates when needed.
Maintain and organize company archives; destroy outdated files only after approval; ensure boxes are labeled and files returned after use.
Clean and inventory trailers upon return; notify Supers and PMs of usable leftover materials.
Remove trash weekly and schedule dumpster pickups.

Available for early or late shifts during company events or job-site needs.
Experience with minor mechanic work on small engines and servicing.
Works well in teams with strong communication skills
Experience with basic tool repair and vendor coordination
Positive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude
Strong commitment to safety and proactive risk awareness
Able to maintain, track, and organize tools and equipment across multiple job sites.
Comfortable with basic computer use (invoicing, logging, email)
High integrity with sound ethical judgment
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for a DOT medical card
Physically able to move equipment and work in outdoor weather when needed.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with multiple teams.
5+ years’ experience in shop operations, field support, or construction coordination
