The Technical Adoption Specialist group focuses on maximizing success and return on investment for strategic customers. Responsibilities include delivering live coaching sessions, acting as a technical trusted advisor, building and maintaining packaged service offerings, conducting discovery meetings, and delivering digital content such as webinars.
Autodesk Customer Success is seeking highly motivated trusted advisors to help customers optimize product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. The role requires experience with Forma, Revit, and Construction Engineering, supporting a broad range of technologies in large‑scale environments. The specialist will work closely with medium and large enterprise customers worldwide as part of the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team.
Candidates must have advanced knowledge of architectural, construction, and engineering industry workflows, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and expert proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud in production settings. Additional familiarity with the Autodesk Forma Platform, strong public‑speaking abilities, flexibility, quick learning, and fluency in English are required.
Preferred qualifications include strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships at all levels, expertise with Autodesk Forma Platform and Revit or Autodesk Construction Cloud, technical consulting or project delivery experience with large demanding clients, and a collaborative team mindset.
