Complete work according to procedures and specifications.
Abide by a high level of operational standards regarding safety, reliability, and cleanliness.
Assemble, wire, and integrate hardware including PCBs, harnesses, electrical panels, and enclosures.
Read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Collaborate with engineers to develop and document processes.

Experience with high-power electronics and batteries.
Ability to work at elevated heights occasionally (scissor lifts, ladders, etc.)
Experience with UL-508A, NFPA-70 (NEC).
Understand the basics of electrical hardware and how to interact with it safely.
Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and able to work well on a team with minimal oversight.
Ability to travel on occasion for offsite support.
Able to stay organized and strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with electromechanical testing including continuity, hi-pot, and pull test.
Expert using manufacturing tools including but not limited to soldering irons, cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches.
Experience with NASA-STD-8739.4, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620.
Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
Able to work in outdoor environments as needed.
Ability to flex to projects in support of near-term company goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Previous experience with military/aerospace grade electronics.
Standing, bending, and working with small components for extended periods.
Good vision and fine motor skills for precision electrical assembly work.
Knowledge of production equipment and tooling to build out a functional electromechanical manufacturing floor.
