Strong understanding of office cost control and commercial performance.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within surveying.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
Flexibility to travel regionally/nationally for client or site meetings.
Minimum 6 years' experience as a surveyor or engineer.
Proficiency with a range of surveying equipment.
Experience managing or supervising survey teams and delivering projects to a high standard.
Knowledge & experience of quoting and tendering processes.
