Project Accountant (Accounts Payable Emphasis)

Description

• Process cost transfer adjustments through AP ledger
• Reconcile accounts payable statements, as necessary
• Ensure data retention and information systems are updated and maintained appropriately within defined protocols and standards.
• Process weekly check runs for multiple divisions.
• Route, enter, code, and process accounts payable invoices for overhead departments.
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries.
• Responsible for accurate and timely data entry, records management and reporting.
• Review Accounts Payable aging reports periodically to resolve old AP and Credits.
• Work with procurement and project teams to resolve PO discrepancies.
• Process weekly expense reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an accounting role
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration desired
