Horticultural and Estates Officer

The Horticultural and Estates Officer will deliver a pro-active, customer-focused estate service that works alongside the teams within believe housing and also with external partners to ensure our estates are maintained to a high standard.

• a particular focus on ensuring that all external areas on estates remain clean, safe and free from litter and fly-tipping.
• gardens of void properties to an acceptable standard for incoming tenants.

• required to act as an ambassador for believe housing working with internal and external partners to deliver excellent services to the neighbourhoods in which we work.
• required to work across all believe housing locations.
