Provide recommendations for improving LMS functionality and learner engagement.
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to document and translate construction processes into clear training resources.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure training aligns with business strategy and workforce needs.

Comfortable on camera and in live facilitation environments.
Construction or technical industry background strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
Creative, learner-focused approach to training design and facilitation.
Ability to simplify technical or construction-related concepts into clear, actionable training.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
