Description

• Provide mentorship to team members.
• Oversee project scheduling, construction management, and quality control to meet design specifications.
• Oversee and assist project managers with all aspects of their projects to develop continuity and professional growth in accordance with KSA standards. This includes reviewing key milestone checkset documents and accompanying project managers in consultant coordination and construction progress meetings.
• Prepare programming, schematics, design development construction documents, specifications, and construction administration
• Prepare and review contracts, estimates, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide senior architect level experience and leadership to an architectural team.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Architecture Licensure is preferred
• Degree in Architecture
• BIM/Revit background is preferred
• Ability to adapt to office standards
• Desirable skills include Revit (BIM), Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, 3D modeling; SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering capabilities
• Experience writing specifications
• Ability to effectively interact with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ability to create and maintain Gantt chart schedules
• 10+ years of experience in the Architecture field with a history of leading complicated projects
• Ability to occasionally travel to project locations up to 2 hours of drivetime each way.
• Strong in architectural design and coordination
• Occasional use of design software tools such as Revit and Twin Motion (optional).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in the English language
• Experience with Construction Administration
