In this role you will be the primary onsite technical resource, performing routine checks, inspections, and ensuring best‑practice equipment management. You will also provide administrative support such as front‑desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination while meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements.
You will monitor daily technical operations, coordinate the supply of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry materials, and work with landlord teams to ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations. Regular building walk‑arounds, ticket creation, and weekly/monthly M&E reporting on maintenance contracts, spare‑parts consumption, and improvement projects are core activities.
Financial responsibilities include accurate billing, invoicing, and adherence to monthly forecasts, ensuring that all financial transactions align with budgetary targets.
Procurement duties involve obtaining quotations, preparing indents for material supply, and maintaining zero stock‑out situations to support uninterrupted operations.
Additional duties include participating in emergency evacuation and crisis management procedures, preparing health‑and‑safety registers, and providing 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as needed.
Workplace safety is a top priority; you will implement and manage risk‑management programs, disaster‑recovery plans, and incident‑reporting procedures while complying with firm guidelines.
Proactive client and stakeholder engagement is essential to exceed onsite expectations and deliver high‑level customer service. You will build effective relationships across multiple organizational levels and anticipate employee needs before they are requested.
The ideal candidate holds a degree or professional qualification in Engineering or Technical Services and has 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy management, safety compliance, or vendor management. Strong technical knowledge, teamwork, and communication skills are required.
