- Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 10 years of work experience applicable to renewable energy infrastructure, including experience in developing energy infrastructure projects in the US
- Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
- Minimum 18 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 15 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 12 years’ experience
- Track record managing significant digital tools and integration into development process
- Digital Tool Development, Integration and Efficiency – Salesforce, SiteTracker, GIS, Irthland
- Hard Digital Fluency in development digital tools: Site Tracker, Salesforce, GIS, Land Management products
- Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable
- Advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space
- Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge in key areas, including energy markets, prospecting, real estate development, interconnection, permitting, environmental, project engineering, construction management
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, business/economics, or relevant fields required
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships
- This position is an office-based role with significant travel 30%+ and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations
- Exceptional project management skills
- Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts
- Ability to manage multiple teams
- Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables
- Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time
