Description
The Finance Manager will play a key role in finance analysis and treasury backend transactions and reporting. They will oversee monthly, quarterly, and year‑to‑date financial management, reporting and analysis.
The manager prepares annual financial statements, treasury settlements, and updates bank mandates while supporting forecasting, budgeting, and arrear management. They work with tax consultants on filings and compliance, process payments, propose process improvements, and assist with internal, external, and regulatory audits as well as ad‑hoc projects.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and YTD financial reporting and analysis
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Execute treasury settlements and maintain treasury system data
- Update bank mandates; open and close bank accounts
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and arrear management
- Provide analytical insights to identify financial issues
- Coordinate with tax consultants for filings, queries, and compliance
- Process financial transactions and payments
- Recommend and implement process automation and digitalisation
- Assist with internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Handle administrative tasks and ad‑hoc projects
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accountancy, or banking, with a minimum of five years’ experience in accounting and finance, preferably in REITs. The ideal candidate is a keen learner, self‑driven, and capable of working independently under tight schedules.
