Conduct regular audits, reviews, inspections and produce to detailed reports with recommended corrective measures to ensure compliance meets quality standards
Support the annual external GRS Audits in both Australia and New Zealand
Conduct mentoring sessions and hands on quality implementation training sessions for site personnel as required
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide solutions to increase Contract / Project teams engagement with TDS and DMM
Coach, guide and train stakeholders and internal teams in quality assurance practices and procedures

Understanding company procedures and processes for construction and services works
In-depth technical knowledge and application of the ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 will be highly regarded
Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve quality objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skill to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers
Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Quality Management
Proficiency in using quality assurance software tools and systems
5+ years of experience as a Lead Auditor
