Operate and oversee excavators, loaders, and crushing equipment
Identify and communicate equipment or production issues
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions

Ability to climb ladders and access equipment safely
Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, communicate, and see
Experience working around crushing or screening equipment
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
