Overview
Founded in 1958
Year Established
The company began its journey in 1958, establishing a foundation that would later transform it into a diversified conglomerate.
Its core operating arms include Al Naboodah Construction Group, focusing on civil engineering, building and MEP, and the Commercial Group managing global brand partnerships.
The construction arm delivered iconic infrastructure: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Water Canal, Museum of the Future, airport terminals and mixed‑use developments.
The commercial side represents global brands across automotive (e.g. Peugeot, HAVAL), travel, electrical, logistics, agriculture and smart mobility.
They developed a smart cities division, including eco‑mobility solutions aligned with Dubai’s Vision 2030 ambitions.
Being vertically integrated, the construction business supplies its own asphalt, concrete, machinery and has self‑sufficient execution capabilities.
With projects spanning airports, hotels, malls, sports facilities, residential and district cooling plants, the firm blends civil engineering with MEP expertise.
Their agriculture division partnered early with UAE authorities to combat desertification and supply sustainable landscaping products.
The group spans diverse sectors—automotive, transport, agriculture, renewable energy—combining heavy civil works with commercial brand operations.
