Work with Quality, Controls, Equipment Planning and Maintenance functions to build and secure robust processes, assets and ancillary equipment.
Use innovative process engineering and lean methodologies to identify and implement short, intermediate and long-term improvements to manufacturing practices and results.
Assist in capital and facility planning activities.
Work to build operational standard work, demonstrating this to improve business performance.
Define manufacturing practices passionate about making products with improved consistency and fewer disruptions.
Collaborate with CI function to provide time studies, value stream mapping, current state vs. future state assessments, structured problem solving and other CI related actions.
Provide process vision and plans with respect to equipment requirements, use, placement and work flow.

Academic knowledge to support the deployment of a mix of automated, semi-automated and hand assembly operations.
High School Diploma/GED required. Credit towards bachelors or higher degree from accredited engineering college or university.

Digital Literacy: knowledge in MS Office. Proficient in AutoCAD, and MS Project a plus.
