Provide support and training to Project team on document management.
Support with audits to ensure document management processes are well implemented and ensure data integrity.
Ensure project documentation is received, tracked and monitored according to Document Management Plan.
Assisting with the creation of Document Management Plans and Process Maps.
Assist in the development and implementation of Document Management framework to ensure compliance with the Governance system framework.
Collaborate in system improvements and rollouts.
Perform Quality and Compliance checks on documentation.
Ensure Client and other stakeholders are onboarded to the document management system and supported through the lifecycle of the project.
Undertake reporting as required.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Understanding of Engineering and Construction activities with respect to document management would be an asset.
Experience in all areas of document control including: issue, creation, retrieval, retention and turnover would be an asset.
Onboard Project team and subcontractor to document management system.
Experience with Aconex and MS Office Suite – Procore would be an asset.
2-3 years of Document Control experience and education in a related field.
Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment.
