Chartered member of ICE or CIWEM or working towards chartership.
Demonstrable experience within a Surface Water Management and drainage design / Water Engineering / Design environment.
Experienced in quality assurance, ensuring services meet the required quality standards.
Other software capabilities such as Civils3D or GIS software packages.
Demonstrate technical experience within surface water management/drainage / Water Engineering / Design Environment. Ideally experience in one or more of the following areas.
Knowledge of statutory consents, applications for connections / discharge consents, planning approvals and assessments.
Possess a proven track record of working collaboratively in teams delivering projects.
Have excellent written and verbal skills when communicating with stakeholders including technical and non-technical parties are essential.
Hydraulic modelling software (InfoWorks ICM).
Experience of drainage design / SuDS and blue-green infrastructure design.
Be client focused and able to develop good working relationships with clients; understand client needs and help propose best value technical solutions to meet project challenges.
Experience with design software relating to SWM, Civil and Water Engineering.
Have a proactive commitment to Health and Safety and good knowledge of CDM requirements.
Drainage modelling software (MicroDrainage or Causeway Flow).
