Tasks

-Design and manage experiments to support product development and research initiatives. -Plan and execute small-scale projects focused on product support, improvement, or innovation. -Contribute creative and efficient problem-solving ideas to improve product quality and reliability. -Communicate project updates and outcomes clearly to stakeholders. -Build deep expertise in product performance across design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier processes. -Analyze results and translate findings into actionable recommendations. -Partner with internal teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Care) to gather critical data and insights. -Lead investigations into product nonconformities using data analysis and experimentation to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, or Biology disciplines. -Skilled in field investigations and post-market surveillance. -3–8 years of experience in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment. -Hands-on experience with medical devices, chemistry, returns, and batch testing. -Strong experience in CAPA processes and technical writing. -Familiarity with Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). -Experience working in a lab, working at a bench preparing solutions
