The expert will serve as a Master Resilience Trainer, delivering holistic strength‑conditioning instruction, managing training intake, tailoring and distributing course materials, and facilitating training events. They will grade student work, record results, and assess impact through surveys, producing after‑action reviews within five workdays and quarterly analysis reports. Additionally, they will observe instructors, provide feedback, maintain training records, and complete required instructor certifications.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a focus on sport or performance psychology. Teaching or coaching experience—preferably with military or DoD audiences—and thorough knowledge of Army structure, missions, procedures, regulations, and policies are required.
Preferred qualifications include professional certifications or memberships such as the Association for Applied Sports Psychology, Certified Mental Performance Consultant, or American Board of Sport Psychology, or the ability to obtain such credentials within one year of hire.
