Head of Estates Management

Description

• Conducting monthly consultations with internal and external stakeholders, including RSL’s and other freeholders to collaborate on the specific needs of each development
• Support the design of new projects to ensure that estate management issues are factored into the design of new projects
• Consult with the construction teams on the progress of upcoming completing blocks
• Monitoring Managing Agents’ performance to ensure timely resolution of issues, in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirement
• Reviewing annual service charge budgets for both pipeline and live schemes in collaboration with Managing Agent to ensure best value for the business.
• Contributing to the tendering and appointment of Managing Agents for upcoming developments, including management agreements
• Ensuring that the commitment to delivering excellent customer service is maintained through effective communication with customers, new and existing.
• Facilitating regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure project progress and high standards are consistently maintained
• Support the review of Estate Management facilities on existing and upcoming developments
• Designing and setting up resident portals prior to project completion and handover
• Overseeing the planned preventative maintenance of the estate and ensuring that the development is always presentable.

Requirements

The role would suit someone is currently heading an Estates Management team who has a record of working on residential led, high value projects on behalf of a developer and is looking to move client side, or someone who is already working within a developer that would like to work for on a fantastic set of projects.
