What you would be doing

  • Receive daily shipments
  • Responsible for timely and accurate inventory reporting
  • Schedule equipment service
  • Inventory Management including taking daily counts and monthly reconciliation
  • Ensure trucks and trailers are loaded per project details and ready for the crew upon the start of their day
  • Organize inventoried materials and supplies
  • Maintain clean and safe warehouse/shop/yard space
  • Provide accurate and timely inventory data
  • Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair
  • Operate a forklift and skid steer
  • Track and manage equipment repair and maintenance logs
  • Maintain clean and safe vehicles, trailers and skid steers
  • Performs ongoing maintenance/cleaning of all trucks and trailers and skid steers
  • Pick up or deliver supplies as needed
  • Coordinate vehicle and supply needs with personnel

  • Prior experience in construction or shop management preferred
  • Presentation and organization of facilities & warehouse and vehicles are clean, safe and professional in appearance always
  • Forklift certified
  • High school or GED
  • Basic Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to plan, problem solve, reason and prioritize
  • Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A Preferred)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including use of phone, computer, speaking, listening
  • Basic mechanical skills
