Are you an experienced installer who loves teaching others, raising the bar, and doing things the right way? We’re looking for an Installation Training Specialist to lead the development of technical installation excellence across our field teams.
Applicants must have at least three years of home‑improvement experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work at heights and outdoors year‑round, lifting up to 100 lb with assistance for heavier loads.
The position offers a salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 annually and includes a competitive benefits package such as paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) match, and various life and disability coverages.
