Campaign Effectiveness Manager - 6 month FTC

Description

The Campaign Effectiveness Manager will play a crucial role in driving marketing performance and accountability. You will design and deliver robust campaign measurement frameworks, ensuring that every marketing initiative is evaluated for customer and commercial impact.

This is a key analytical role bridging marketing strategy, analytics, and business growth. You will act as the link between marketing strategy and commercial delivery, partnering closely with Commercial Finance, CRM, and Sales to ensure that campaigns deliver the right message, to the right customers, through the right channels.

• Use customer segmentation and insight to shape campaign targeting and prioritisation – ensuring we market for value, focusing investment on high-potential customers, markets, and propositions.
• Work alongside Commercial Finance to measure campaign ROI, pipeline impact, and cost-effectiveness – ensuring accountability for marketing spend.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure feedback from customer interactions directly informs future marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement campaign performance frameworks, KPIs, and ensure consistent reporting.
• Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, channel selection, and messaging effectiveness.
• Partner with CRM, Telemarketing, and Sales Teams to design, launch, and refine campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales appointments. This involves coordinating outbound call campaigns in collaboration with Telemarketing – helping teams prioritise leads and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct post campaign analyses to identify insights, ROI, and growth opportunities.
• Present campaign performance dashboards to marketing and senior leadership, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support performance marketing and automation teams in optimising nurture flows and lead scoring to enhance conversion.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in campaign analysis and reporting.
• Skilled in campaign measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis.
• Proven experience in marketing performance, campaign management, and commercial analytics with a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline conversion, and campaign ROI
• Proficient in tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, marketing automation (such as HubSpot, Dotdigital) CRM (such as Salesforce), SQL, and Data Mart.
• 5 years’ experience in lead generation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
