Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and either three years of equipment‑rental experience or a four‑year degree plus one year in the industry. Success in the role relies on excellent customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative capabilities, and preferably completion of the DOT qualification process; bilingual ability is a plus.

Base pay ranges from $24.05 to $28.55 per hour, with the exact rate depending on location, education, training, and experience.
