Understanding of regulatory requirements with respect to asset management and process safety
Technical competency in chemical or mechanical engineering to apply creative solutions to complex problems across all infrastructure industries
Stakeholder engagement / Workshop facilitation through understanding of hazard identification and analysis methods (HAZID, HAZOP, CHAIR, LOPA, what if, fault & event tree etc)
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholder networks
Problem solving and analytical skills
An appreciation of safety and risk management at various asset life cycle stages e.g. from asset development till operation and abandonment
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk-based studies
Strong communication skill across all levels of the business
Demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of technical risk issues
