Production Control Leader

• Coordinate the flow of materials, manage inventory levels, and ensure sufficient supplies for production.
• Track production metrics and performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep production on schedule.
• Identify and implement improvements to production processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Develop and maintain production plans, schedules, and workflow to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Supervise, mentor, and train production staff, setting performance goals and leading cross-functional teams.

The Production Control leader is responsible for overseeing production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets by leading teams, managing schedules, and optimizing material flow. Key duties include coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and mentoring staff. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience with production planning methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.

• Knowledge of production methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and Kanban is frequently required
• 3-5 Years experience in production control in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelors Degree required
