

Designs, manufactures, and distributes hydraulic attachments for scrap recycling, demolition and construction
In this role, the technician will provide excellent technical service for a broad product portfolio that includes Shear Core shears and processors, Oil Quick couplers, RockZone attachments, and Connect Work Tool breakers, acting as the primary liaison among customers, sales, engineering, and operations, with salary based on experience.
Key duties include visiting customers and dealers to diagnose and repair equipment, serving as the lead technical point of contact, providing support for service calls, building relationships with engineering and product management, documenting issues in the Service Database, coordinating service trips, delivering technical and operator training, arranging travel logistics, and communicating repair instructions via on‑site visits, phone, text, or email while adhering to PPE and safety standards.
The technician must travel extensively, including occasional overseas and Canadian assignments, maintain weekly expense reports and trip reports, comply with company policies and high‑integrity standards, and actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and classroom training for up to 30 trainees.
Candidates must have an associate’s degree or hydraulic certification, or at least five years of experience with hydraulic mobile equipment and attachments, strong communication and public‑speaking abilities, resourcefulness in decision‑making, proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluency in English (Spanish a plus), and the willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. Technical expertise should include hydraulic and electrical schematics, use of multimeters, pressure and flow meters, light field welding, and a solid understanding of diagnostic processes.
The Field Service Technician position is located in Superior, WI 54880, is full‑time, and offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 with a day shift.
