- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers in an integrated multidisciplinary process.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through completion across all design phases.
- Partner with project managers and designers to coordinate interior documentation.
- Prepare and manage design development and construction documentation for quality and consistency.
- Lead and oversee junior designers' production work, providing guidance and quality control.

- Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, construction materials, and specifications.
- Ability to work independently with creativity, innovation, and design vision.
- Commitment to producing high‑quality, well‑coordinated construction documentation.
