- Coordinate daily shipments of finished goods, raw materials, and special freight (air, ground, expedited).
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring drivers are scheduled and processed efficiently.
- Handle incoming RMAs and coordinate with the Reynosa, MX shipping/receiving team as needed.
- Log and track shipments to support accurate inventory and delivery records.
- Collaborate with supervisors and leads to optimize workflow, meet productivity targets, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other shipping documentation; verify shipments before release.
- Monitor warehouse organization and compliance, upholding safety and operational standards.
- Serve as a liaison between shipping, warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams.
- Monitor trailer utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Act as the main point of contact for dock activities, prioritizing loading and unloading with warehouse staff.
- Schedule and confirm carrier pickups for LTL, TL, and other freight.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate system records, and report on shipping performance.
- Support DC leadership in executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving process improvements.
- Communicate with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Oracle, iPlan, or similar ERP/shipping systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution center operations (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Experience in load planning and warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Scale WMS) preferred.
