What you would be doing

Coordinate daily shipments of finished goods, raw materials, and special freight (air, ground, expedited).
Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring drivers are scheduled and processed efficiently.
Handle incoming RMAs and coordinate with the Reynosa, MX shipping/receiving team as needed.
Log and track shipments to support accurate inventory and delivery records.
Collaborate with supervisors and leads to optimize workflow, meet productivity targets, and maintain a safe work environment.
Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other shipping documentation; verify shipments before release.
Monitor warehouse organization and compliance, upholding safety and operational standards.
Serve as a liaison between shipping, warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams.
Monitor trailer utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Act as the main point of contact for dock activities, prioritizing loading and unloading with warehouse staff.
Schedule and confirm carrier pickups for LTL, TL, and other freight.
Track inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate system records, and report on shipping performance.
Support DC leadership in executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving process improvements.
Communicate with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Oracle, iPlan, or similar ERP/shipping systems.
Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution center operations (manufacturing experience preferred).
Experience in load planning and warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Scale WMS) preferred.
