Lead Software Developer

Description

• Write high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Create universally reusable methods and frameworks.
• Lead and contribute to full stack system architecture development.
• Participate in meetings with GPC to gather and clarify requirements.
• Manage project deliverables and ensure accountability.
• Provide direction and support to other developers on the team.
• Solve complex programming issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Diagnose and debug software issues across the stack.

Requirements

• Microsoft .NET WPF
• Expertise in the following tools and technologies:
• Exposure to business process change management in large enterprise systems.
• MVVM Light Toolkit
• Experience leading software architecture in utility-specific environments.
• Understand business processes and use cases; recommend and support business process improvements.
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Syncfusion controls
• Utility industry experience.
• Microsoft .NET C#
• Rabbit MQ
• Test Engineer experience.
