- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years experience with low‑voltage electrical/Fire‑Life Safety systems
- Ability to read blueprints, submittals and product manuals
- Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, multimeter, digital analyzer, commissioning devices
- Physical capability to lift 50‑70 lb and work at heights up to 40 ft, in ducts, crawl spaces, etc.
- Team leadership and collaboration skills; adherence to safety guidelines
- Strong organization, positive attitude and quick learning ability
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record; pass background and drug test
- Willingness to travel overnight; NICET Level II preferred; knowledge of local fire codes
