

Designs and manufactures high‑end LED lighting fixtures in the USA for architectural and hospitality spaces.
The weekend shift runs Friday through Sunday, 6 am to 6:30 pm with a 30‑minute lunch, totaling three 12‑hour days. The lead machinist must be an experienced CNC lathe operator skilled in job setup, live tooling, sub‑spindle and bar feeders.
Physical demands include lifting 30‑50 lb items, standing up to 12 hours with occasional bending, stooping, twisting, and repetitive work, with anti‑fatigue mats and stools provided.
The company is a Florida drug‑free workplace; candidates must pass a pre‑employment 10‑panel drug screen and may be subject to quarterly random testing.
The position is compensated at $30 + per hour, negotiable based on skillset and experience, and is responsible for the production volume and quality of the weekend shift. Strong knowledge of machine setups is required.
