The Class A CDL Driver position involves delivering and recovering a wide range of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer sites. Drivers operate Class A trucks equipped with flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (low‑boy) trailers, navigating urban, suburban, and rural environments and safely handling tight construction zones.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a valid driver’s license with a CDL and an acceptable driving record. Prior experience with similar commercial equipment and a background in operating flat‑beds, RGN/low‑boy, or dovetail trailers is preferred.
The role requires the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment and vehicle issues on site and to maintain a strong customer‑service mindset while performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more.

Base pay ranges from $31.13 to $46.69 per hour, with the starting rate varying by location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days, which includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, disability, life and travel insurance, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program.
