Undertake reporting requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
Certify deliverables of E&U Planning Team prior submission to clients and customers.
Perform delay analysis as needed by the Contract and support with suitable narrative.
Ensure compliance with Downer’s Standards and requirements as set by Utilities Performance Commercial & Risk Team, in terms of Schedule Quality and Change Management.
Support the E&U Planning Team in complying to Downer Standards and best practices.
Prepare resource and cost loaded detailed project delivery schedules, for allocated projects/work packages, using past construction knowledge and experience that accurately reflect the conditions of the contract, design and specifications.
Work across the Bid and Delivery stages of multiple projects.
Assist in the development of project practices and procedures.
Manage and maintain governance, procedures and processes related to E&U Planning Team.
Manage/ undertake, review and analysis of sub-contractor schedules to confirm alignment with good scheduling practice and Downer standards and requirements.
Maintain and update the project schedule, where applicable, incorporating subcontract schedules, to ensure appropriate execution of work package plans are completed as required.

Oracle DB qualifications –Desirable
Proper understanding of Contractual terms and conditions. (essential)
10+ years site construction experience on power transmission, substation, major projects
Tertiary qualification – Degree, or equivalent, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management or Project Management preferred
Certifications/Competence on Primavera P6 Scheduling tool – Required
A Project Management certification –Desirable
Advanced stakeholder management skills
Extension of Time Claims preparation, Delay and Gap Analysis and review the EoT Claims (essential)
SAP ERP & InEight - Desirable
