- Developing and implementing the overall CoW strategy, setting goals and objectives, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance
- Managing changes to CoW processes and procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding CoW activities
- Designing, implementing, and continuously improving work management processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with operational priorities and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to CoW activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
- Leading and motivating a team of CoW professionals, providing guidance, training, andperformance management to ensure a high-performing team
- Identifying and resolving issues related to CoW activities, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Ensuring that all CoW activities are conducted in accordance with relevant safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety and risk awareness
- Developing and managing departmental budgets related to CoW activities, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CoW activities, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on performance to management
